After attending and giving a poor review I was contacted by someone who claimed to be the manager. She said she would make inquiries about my review and email me back. That was 5 months ago, if the management can't be bothered, explains why the staff suck on customer service. I reiterate, poor expensive product, poor customer service means you lose me and all my buddies as customers, go to iconic vapes, they really look after the customer to ensure repeat visits. If I could give -1 score I would.
