I am very satisfied with all of their products but on more than one occasion they didn't have what I needed in stock and I'm not talking about specialty things I talking about coils and juice and other items that should never be out of stalk! The clerk ( Jared I believe is his name he is of Asian decent ) all though he is very knowledgeable he is VERY RUDE AND TALKS DOWN TO YOU ACTS LIKE HE'S BETTER THAN YOU AND TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID!!! Other than that the owner Chris K is extremely nice, knowledgeable with great customer service!!! In all I recommend this vape shop they just need their main clerk/salesman to take a class in being more courteous and not act like he's better than you and LOOSE THE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE and stop treating people like they are complete idiots and he is better than you!!!!
