I have been coming here, for the past three years and have been buying vape products from this location, solely. When the regulations surrounding the Vape space became tighter, stores around my immediate area started closing down. Although it is not convenient for me geographically, I make the drive to Belmont because they have what I need. Needless to say, I have shown a level of loyalty to Belmont vape and I don't think it's too much to ask, for them to do right by me. I bought a smok NFIX about 2 weeks ago. This is the model I have been purchasing for years. I am familiar with the device and how it operates. After 1.5 weeks, the vape stopped firing, despite me replacing the atomizer. I took at back to Belmont vape, and although it was during store hours, the store was locked and the OPEN sign was on. I waited about 10 minutes and an employee came back..no big deal. Once in the store, I explained the issues with my nfix and also communicated my experience with buying this particular model so they could recognize it was not a "user error" The employee took the piece from me, went through the same tests I had previously done and told me he didn't know why the piece was not working. He also told be that they would not offer me a replacement or refund. I asked for elaboration on the policy and was told "our policy is 1 week, I am not going to replace your vape because I feel bad". With Belmont vape I have had no issues until today but this particular incident made it clear that they don't care about loyalty or their customer base- just selling products (working or defective) . I also tried to get manager contact info but was told to come in when he is there in the morning...this store is not near me, which is why i asked for a phone number. I don't usually write reviews but this just really shook me. Although you are one of the remaining vape stores that managed to stay open on the peninsula, it doesn't permit the right to operate without customer care. I will be ordering online, going foward.
