Very kind and friendly service, and conveniently close to home for anyone near Old Town or west Murrieta. Add to that, their prices are better than most other smoke shops in the area. Store is very clean with a broad and consistent selection of popular items. I'm always able to get a bottle of Black Unicorn lychee salt nic when I go in, whereas that same selection proves a gamble at other places nowhere near as conveniently located. I recently had an issue with a new Suorin Drop that was dead out of the box. I called first and then brought the device in, and the proprietor very kindly replaced it for me, even though store policy would have restricted that happening at all as I had already thrown away the box. Bottom line, I won't shop for smoke or vape related products anywhere else. They call themselves Best Smoke Shop for a reason.
