My husband and I started coming to this shop a couple of months ago...we never had any trouble until today. We bought some pods and vape juice. When we got home we realized that the juice we got was ice...we HATE ice so literally 15 minutes after we bought it, we went back to return the unopened juice. He said that once it leaves the store, it cannot be returned. Every time we have had to return juice to other stores because of the flavor being ice, we have been able to return it, but not to this store. I'd understand if it was opened, but it wasn't. Not to mention he didn't say the flavor was ice. We won't be back.
