When you go in the first thing I noticed was a sign that said "No Refunds, No Exchanges" which suggested that they are selling defective products which they are! and the KNOW IT! We bought a Vape which did not work, we took it back and as we were there, 2 guys come back in and their Vape doesn't work either, the girl was telling them that it did work as we watched it NOT working! She called the owners who told her to let us know to contact the manufacturer as it was under warranty and not their fault. They are knowingly selling defective devices AND THEY KNOW IT but they refuse to do nothing but rip off consumers which is why they will FAIL! DO NOT GO THERE!
