Established in 2004 Originally Business was established in 2004 as Bluemoon Tattoo Piercing and SmokeShop. In 2017 new ownership came in and shifted the focus towards Tattoo and Piercing. In 2022 we moved the Tattoo and Piercing to a new location and and rebranded as InBloom. We appreciate the local support we have gained over the years and plan to serve the community and neighboring cities as long as we can, while we continue to improve and excel at what we do best.
