The piercer that pierced my sons ears was a nice guy he did very well with making sure my son was comfortable and ready before he proceeded to pierce his ears the only thing I didn't like is that their jewelry for babies and whoever aren't real they're very cheap stainless steel earrings w the pointy back which hurts them because it's long maybe if they put money into their jewelry people would come back because this is the last time I'd ever come here .
