Main guy that works there is an enormous asshole. I have had 1 or 2 pens (Delta8) that have gotten clogged after a week or two of use. He told me it must be "user error." Or it could be a common problem and you could just give me some advice??? He then sold me a cheap Delta8 pen, and after less than 24 hours use, the top of the glass cracked. I didn't drop it and only used it a few times while in bed that night but he claimed that it had to be "my fault" and there was nothing they could do to help me. That's just not how you, as a business, deal with customers. Fine - don't give me my money back or replace it - but don't be such a prick about it.
