Established in 2014 Calhoun Vapor was started by two former cigarette smokers who felt immensely grateful to have found the world of electronic cigarettes and saw a need for a boutique style vapor lounge in the Uptown, New Orleans area that sold only authentic, quality products and e-liquids in a comfortable, fun, and clean environment. Calhoun Vapor came under new ownership in Sept 2016. And due to heavy regulation and taxation of vapor products in Louisiana, it became a hybrid shop staying true to its original mission of harm reduction, in late 2020 taking on the name Calhoun Trading Co.
