My friend just purchased a small vape devise 6/30/18. To vape instead of smoke cigarettes. I referred him to Carolina vapor mill bc I have quit smoking by purchasing the vape 2 yrs ago. Anyhow, the vape he purchased just a week ago broke. We went back with receipt today 7/5/18. And they basically refused to help. The kid at the counter told us that they didn't sell replacement parts, he couldn't do anything to help us. I read the receipt to the guy that states they will MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR DEVICE. We ain't asking for free shit, we was just thinking along the lines of we've had it a week, it broke, sell us one discounted since you don't keep parts for this devise and we kinda need it. Basically, ya just lost not one customer, but two, and I'll call 93.3 the planet too and leave a message on the *uck you Friday line. Wait for it, bad business will be rewarded with bad business. #tiredofshittybusinesspractices
