Management here is terrible. I've been going here almost every week for about a year and have never had an issue before. Everyone that works there is really helpful and friendly, except the manager, Noelle, who clearly doesn't know how to manage a business. As soon as I walked in the door, she told me she can't serve minors or have them in the establishment...which makes sense and is fine considering I'm 22. She barely even looked at my ID, claiming that it was fake and that she has me and my friend on camera "several times" using a fake ID. She told me that last time my ID had a different birth date which I'm not really sure how she would even remember that considering she couldn't remember the right face. I have not been there with a friend nor have I owned a fake ID. (I've also dealt with her twice before; the second time she remembered me and didn't even ask for an ID). On top of that she wouldn't let my mom, who came in with me, purchase anything for herself and told her that her attorney was going to be contacting since she now has her on camera "selling to a minor". It's this kind of rude and ignorant mis-management that will unfortunately prevent me from going back here. This was so ridiculous it actually felt like a joke. (To reiterate...the rest of the staff is great I will just not go somewhere that the MANAGEMENT treated me so poorly).
