The begin:My adults have been suggesting to me for years to take CBD finally got it in my head I don't need the THC and it can still help my body pains. My son walks me through the products & helps me figure out online & company. I ordered, apparently I was 1 number off on my address. I got an email saying it was delivered. It had not been delivered to my address. I left a voicemail, no reply. Waited a couple days. I called, explained my error but how could it be delivered to an address that literally doesn't exist. The 1st girl says"well you have the wrong address, that's on you". I asked for the supervisor. Teri gets on the phone, listens, takes my info, emails Haley. Tells me it will possibly be Monday since I'm calling at 4:45 pm on a Friday. I get a call like 4:55 pm by Haley. I explained my error but asked how could it be delivered to an address that doesn't exist. She checks in to it, looks like it went to a PO box. I have a PO box but gave home address. I said I'm off, I'll go check the box. Haley says if it's not there, I'll drive the 1.5 hrs to hand deliver it to me I was shocked at her offer, how amazing to offer such a thing. Well ... I checked it and it was there. I called Haley about 5:15 and thanked her for looking into the location, making the offer, being kind, just giving AAA customer service. She then offered to help me in decision making of I ever needed it. Haley, your boss should be so proud of you, your offer, helping this old lady out, and for that you've got a new customer. I will tell you .. 1 bad egg could have run me off, thank goodness for Teri and for Haley who handled things with old school top notch customer service.
