I had been eying up the shop for a while and finally convinced my wife to join me and explore. Being from the Netherlands I felt quite comfortable going in there and pretty much had the idea I knew most, so I let the Mrs. (who is of the curious variety) do all the talking as she is completely new to this. Let me just say I was both surprised about how little I knew, as to the amount of questions one can ask about the product. Full credit to the staff here as they didn't bat an eye and answered each and every question with verve. We were thoroughly impressed with both their knowledge and dedication to the product as we were with the level of customer service, truly impressive. Nate, Will and especially Taylor**, thank you for entertaining us for nearly an hour, we learned a tremendous amount and will be regulars!!
