I've been to this location twice. The first time in January, I had a great experience with a guy, don't remember his name unfortunately. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He answered every question I had about CBD without any hesitation and with so much confidence. The CBD oil I bought has given me good results. I went back this past weekend to get a refill and possibly increase the dosage of the CBD oil and this time it was a female employee. Smh, she knew nothing. I asked her for her recommendations and she basically read off the bottles to compare and didn't tell me anything that wasn't already on them. She literally told me one bottle had avocado oil and the other didn't(which I read myself) but couldn't tell me how that makes a difference. She couldn't explain why 750ml was more effective and expensive. And the difference between CBD and CBG. I ended up just getting the same bottle I had before. I don't understand why she works there and has no knowledge about the products. Since then I have made it my business to research and learn more but it would of been convenient and appreciated had she known.
