I started out trying to quit smoking and was very pleased with the product I purchased.....but. The customer service was lack-luster to say the least. when purchasing a refill for juice, I handed the man my punch card and knowing the current health crisis I know human contact is limited , but he did NOT hand me back my punch card... most likely set it randomly on his very messy counter instead of politely handing it back to me (which I might add is easy to do without touching ones' hand) It Would've cost them nothing to fix the problem and replace the card, but he made no attempt. I work solely in customer service and it would be frowned on, the way they treat customers. I will NOT be back!
