Went in and bought an Escobar (before reading the review) purchased 2 different flavors. The rainbow was burnt popcorn tasting and really gross and the cashier said if it were defective bring it back within 24 hours. We live right around the corner from it so we went back within an hour. The cashier refused to exchange or refund since it wasn't misfiring. I tried to explain that they are a vape shop and their vape is defective whether or not it is misfiring it should at least taste like what I purchased. She still refused so I asked her to call her manager. It took almost an hour for them to just provide customer service. The manager had me wait in the store while she reached out to the owners. The owners took their time responding. Their response was to get 10%off my next one (I got 15% off with my military ID originally) or I could get my refund if I blew the vape smoke in the cashier's face..... in a pandemic... during covid. I had to blow in this poor girl's face that I had never seen before to get my $23 back. Jesus be somebody's customer service.
