I shopped at Cig N Vape the beginning of December for the first time in a year. What a change! The woman who helped me ... I think her name was Nicki, was a gem! So informative and helpful (and she spoke English I could understand). She explained the differences between devices and ejuice and nic salts (I was switching from cigarettes to vaping and knew nothing) as well as helped me set up my new Nord .. which I LOVE! She promised I would love it and she was right. What a change in customer service from the last guy there. You couldn't get him off the phone and he was rude which is why I stopped going there. She also provided numerous suggestions about which juices were better by means of flavor and nicotine levels. She was right on again! She recommended the Twist brand pink lemonade flavor which is so yummy I can hardly believe I smoked cigarettes as long as I did. I am so happy I went back to Cig N Vape. It is all about customer service for me and this girl gets a 5-star rating in my book. You can buy cigarettes any where these days and vape products online but I will happily give my money to the business whose staff is beyond compare. I hope the owners know just how lucky they are to have her!
