Final edit: I got my refund and an apology, so he's willing to work with you if you have a legit issue and I did actually go and get that cart tested and I can confirm it's clear of cutters, solvents, and general weird shit. He's an honest guy, just do your research before you go Second edit: As the owner reached out in good faith and provided me with lab results (which should've been available publicly but I'll not nitpick anymore) and has offered me a refund, I've decided to change my review to 4 stars and I'll give him a chance to make it right by exchanging for the correct product if he'll allow me. I can tell the guy's trying his hardest and I'm not trying to bust his balls, I just don't want to inhale garbage. (Also yes Spiro just for that I will be posting bad reviews on those bodegas selling tainted stock even though I also won't be purchasing from them. Your website was completely bare with only a phone that when called, no one answered and no one called back. I genuinely wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but you also sold me a vape that you told me came directly from a dispensary, but when I went home and looked up the company there was no records, no testing of any kind. I'm going off the word that the product I purchased was legitimate from the same person who was wrong about a 90$ piece of equipment that could easily been destroyed if I wasn't proactive. Considering I've been lied to twice, and when I tried to reach out I received no answer, I don't feel bad I wrote the review I did. Those 2 stars are only present because of the pleasant customer service I received when I walked in and nothing more. I went in looking for a dry herb vaporizer, came out with a Puffco for CONCENTRATES; he did not tell me these were for concentrates even though I asked specifically for a vaporizer for dry herb and had I not looked it up I could've ruined this 90$ device for literally nothing. I'm so disappointed, I'm going back to return my device. Spiro may be nice but with this as a first visit I'm already feeling pretty iffy, I'd look somewhere else if you have medical needs for dry herb vapes.
