I came into Cloud 9 on forth of July, received probably worst service in a while. Cashiers at that place like to have personal conversations with customers in between service resulting in extremely long and unnecessary line. Moreover, employees are not following health regulations, such as wearing masks. As South Dakota gets ready to vote on rec mj, this place currently shedding a bad light on this issue with TERRIBLE customer service, particularly, employees that they hire. I'm shook.
