(Brace yourself.. I give very lengthy and detailed reviews, lol.) I've been coming here for years now and even after moving to Milton, I'll still make the 20 min drive despite there being multiple other closer smoke shops near me. Ian and Kyle are two employees that have assisted me the last few times I've been there and let me tell you, they know their shit! I've bought vapes, grinders, a hookah, and even CBD oil for my dogs and every time I go there I leave learning something new. They are very passionate and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which is the reason I keep returning! A previous comment mentioned how they'll up sell you and try to get you to buy more products or more expensive products, but isn't that the purpose of a business?! They wouldn't be good salesmen if they didn't try.. and it's not that they try to push their products on you, but rather, they just want you to have the product that best suits your needs. The most recent time I went in, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted .. the $8 switch mod disposable vape, but instead I left with a $16 Cali Maxx instead. To their point, it lasts longer (and it does!) and the flavor is amazzzzing (frozen guava - thx for letting me try yours Kyle!). And when I bought my hookah last month, they were slammed with customers bc of their 4/20 sale, but Ian took his time to go over the hookah and explain the point of every piece included (which was so helpful bc I haven't owned a hookah in yearssss!!), and he also took time to tell me the different flavors of the shisha and offered his recommendations as well. Not once did he rush me to assist the customers waiting. And lastly, I feel like every time I swing by, they have new products that weren't there before. They stay up to date with what's in and I love that about them bc you get a better variety (only downfall about that is if you really liked one of their products, it might not be there the next time, but good news is that you'll find something better!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Another comment mentioned they're pricey, but given all the above info I provided, I think it's worth it! I've been to some other smoke shops local to me and the staff is just there to collect a paycheck. I rather Cloud 9 due to their variety of products and awesome customer service ! Keep it up guys !!
