I needed new coils and the type I had been using are no longer available. The shop owner found the correct replacements for me, even though I did not bring my tank with me. He even gave me a used one to test first, before i opened the package of new coils. SUPER helpful and kind. Happily vaping the Boosted Chocolate Shake he recommended, with a fresh sparkly coil.
