These guys sold me a defective disposable vape. I couldn't get a hit off of it and I remembered the store clerk telling me sometimes you have to preheat it in order to get one. I did that and ultimately the oil came up and out of the pen and into my mouth. YUCK! I brought the defective pen back to the store and the employees blamed me for pre heating it "too much". They said they can't replace it and instead gave me instructions on how to operate the device in the future in order to avoid this defect. They insisted that the product was not defective and rather the leak was my fault. This is strange because I have already gone through 4 of the same exact disposable pen with no issues. When I tried to explain that the product was in fact defective, the person helping me got upset and began speaking in a condescending tone. If the device requires specific instructions to avoid a defect they should inform the customer of that at the time of purchase, rather than after the defect is realized. I have never had such a poor customer service experience.
