I went to the Jersey City Location 591 Summit Ave. I purchased a Vape setup to quit smoking on 12/31 to quit smoking for the new year. Well it's been leaking like crazy, so I brought it in today 1/4 to be told the coil is not right and the cause of the leak. Well apparently the guy whom setup my vape for the 1st time is a new employee and doesn't know anything about the vape machines. So, I went in and told a different employee about my vape leaking, he said it's the coil you can buy 1? Buy 1? I just bought this brand new, it's defective and because the employee didn't know it was faulty I have to purchase a new coil. Needless to say, I'll never be back to any of there locations.
