Okay, where do I start. This is all going to be complaints so here we go. 1. Not a huge selection of juices. I don't know what all the other reviewers saw but the juice selection was minimal. 2. I got IDed three times when I walked in, by the same guy. Now I know you may just be making sure but you looked at my drivers license twice. 3. Slightly rude to me. This was just the impression I got off. May not be what everyone experiences but I was talked down to, most likely because of my age. 4. Highway robbery. Now, this shop was out of my way to go to, I don't live in North Creek nor did I have any other reason to go there besides the shop, but I wanted to see what it was like. I kindly asked the man inside if he would help me set up an RDA because I was new to the coil changing and all that. His simply said yes. What he forgot to mention was the $5 installation fee that came with it. Now $5 isn't a lot but considering I just planned on stopping into the shop to check it out and brought no money with me at all, I wasn't very happy. Luckily my friend who was with me loaned me money. I'm sorry but I just drove 30 minutes to come to your shop, I could have easily gone to the other two shops closer to me, who would have set up the RDA for free. Now I understand you are a business and you are there to make money but that doesn't keep your customers coming back, nickel and dimming them for everything. I'm sorry but I have no intention on returning. Not worth the gas I wasted to go there.
