I'm enjoying trying out new shops in the area, since moving a distance away from my favorite- first time here & it was a good experience! Especially the knowledge of the staff. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he is on his A-game with legit knowledge of all the product! I was impressed & actually felt genuinely helped while also educated a bit. Not many take the time to explain the differences in certain product & I appreciated being pointed in the right direction based on my preferences. The suggestions were great. There is quite a variety of products, almost something for everyone's taste. I was just a little disappointed they didn't carry any POG or related flavor juices. There is a nice fruit selection no doubt, but my favorite isn't carried here. And the selection is slightly lesser than other vendors I've visited. Overall, the price was on par, maybe a smidge more than other vendors. Reasonable for what you're getting, because the customer service totally counts for it, too. (It was just a little awkward the only other 'customer' in there seemed to be a friend having a personal conversation w/ the staff- kinda felt like I was interrupting as he lingered behind & they were eager to quickly pick back up before I left the store.) It's a very clean store, and everything is displayed neatly... but there's a lot! That always overwhelms me. And I know the valid reason to have everything behind the display barrier, but it just makes it really hard to read the flavors available without leaning over the counter & squinting. Luckily the customer service & knowledge here makes it pretty easy to pinpoint what you're looking for or interested in, and they're happy to help! Also a convenient location, glad I opted to check it out. It was really convenient they have everything in stock, too.
