Bought an ooze battery along with several juices and a smok vaporizer. My brother and husband shop here all the time. My battery stopped working within a week so I went to exchange it. The guy working this evening said I got one with a bad battery and the best he could do for me was 5% off another one. Seriously? I just spent a lot of money with them and they refused to exchange it. Will not shop there again, will tell my bro and husband also to stop shopping there...y'all just lost three customers. Not acceptable at all
