I have been using cheap vapes so I wanted an upgrade. I went in and told Jaden exactly what I was looking for he gave a couple suggestions with the pros and cons. It was as if he personally had used every vape they offered. I picked the one that he suggested and am so happy with it. It would have taken hours of research to figure what would work best for me. But he narrowed it down in no time. The vape is perfect for what I wanted. Then he had suggestions on what type of juice I should use and I told him what I liked and he had a couple flavors and I got a flavor that is my new preferred flavor. i wouldn't have thought to try this flavor but he listened to me and his knowledge was perfect. He takes pride in his job and he has the knowledge to back it. I've always had great experiences here. So even though I moved 25 minutes away I still drive to the mcniel store because they always know answers to every question, they were busy but he still took his time walking me through how to use the vape and how to set it to a way I would like. I am so happy with my most recent experience there, but really it's always worth driving to that location
