Cloudious9 may be the ultimate in vapor technology and design, but it wasn't their innovative products that caused me to write this review; It's their above and beyond customer service. I had an issue and emailed if I would be responsible for the return shipping cost. With an immediate reply, they said they would rush out a new one and not to bother sending it back. This was super cool on two counts. I didn't have to take the time to box it up and go to the UPS Store, and even though it wouldn't hold a charge and the vibration aspect didn't work, it is still a functioning grinder.
