People either tried to get one over on them or the product has had a problem before either way i just wanted what i paid for. I was told that he could not duo anything about it. I would have too talk to the manager in the am. So i purchased a small bottle because my dog was in dyer need and figured i would cone back on the am and fix it. NOT! he basically told me that i was a thief and i would have to take it up with the products manufacturer. I did not want my money back just what i paid for. Well be kept the box and product and refused to help me. You could tell that there was never any oil in that jar. Had no smell or any discoloration.either they have no customer service skills or they are thieves. Either way do not wate your time or money. They do not back their products
