I have been a loyal customer to this establishment since they opened. Always telling other people to visit them when in need of anything they supply. Well as of this evening I will never shop there again and neither will anyone I know. I went in to make a large purchase and when I say large I only mean around a hundred bucks. I started off by asking for 2 pieces of glass, 3 different types of insence, 2 books of rolling papers, 2 cans of lighter fluid, etc. It's when I came to the torches that I asked if I could see them as in hold them. I was looking for one thats easy to light because I have medical issues and my hands give me a problem. Well the gentalman behind the counter, who was nice enough to stop in the middle of my purchase and help someone else while I waited, told me that I couldn't hold them, he wasn't going to let me hold every lighter in the place and if I wanted one to pick one. That's when I asked him why he was being such a jerk and he said he wasn't that I was the problem. I then said "you know what I'll go somewhere else", he said "good" now upon realizing that I was running out of time to go pick up some items that I had pawned I told him to just give me the last 2 torches I had looked at and he said "no, I'm not helping you.". So I went to liquor castle and bought the same things with a gentalman who was more then willing and happy to help me. I also lost my items at the pawn shop because I didn't make it in time they had just closed. Now I really did like this establishment so it kind of makes me sad that I won't go in there anymore but that guy, who wouldn't tell me his name, I know he only has a few months under his belt at that place has not only made me feel uncomfortable with the thought of going in but that is absolutely the worst of the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. I don't care if I want to hold every lighter in the place or not. He should be willing to do his job. Which btw should not involve making me wait in the middle of my purchase to help someone who just walked in. Everyone gets their time at the window. So my recommendation is to not frequent this establishment as for the simple reason that apparently they think it's ok to treat long standing good customers like crap. Piece out.
