Aug.16, 2014 was the day I entered COOL VAPORS AT 1720 Hamric Drive Oxford, Al. 36203. A new business Specialty Store on E-CIG. I don't expect this place to be in business very long. On Sept.6, 2014 the E-CIG that I paid $68.18 stoped working. I returned it to the store, the clerk or so called unprofessional manager ask if he could help me. I explained to him the problem with my E-CIG. His attitude and sound of his voice changed toward me as soon as he realized I had a problem with my purchase. LETTING ME KNOW I ONLY HAD 7 DAYS TO RETURN THE E-CIG. THAT I WAS TOLD THIS ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE. (NOT TRUE) AND ALSO THAT THERE WAS A SING IN THE STORE STATING THIS. (NOT TRUE) As I stood there in the store I ask him where it was, There was no sign in that store just like I was not told about the 7 days!! The man was acting like I was asking for a million dollar refund, I just expected a replacement. He snapped at me and said "I am not giving you anything" and told me to leave his store. I had a few words to say to him before leaving, but I left. I may have lost my $61.98, but if he treated me in this manner over a defected product sold in his store I'm sure there are others. Word of mouth is one of the best advertisement a place of business can ask for. So here is my option of you and your business. You may be $61.98 to the good for your disgusting and big mistake of treating a customer like my business was not important to you, but as you will see in the future.... we the customers pay your bills. I will continue to advertise for you on the poor customer service and rip off you offer in your place of business. NO CHARGE
