I had purchased a battery from this location on Illinois Road a few weeks back, and my battery had been acting weird for some reason. I ended up going back to Cravin Vapes to return my battery. The STAFF was phenomenal, I highly recommend going to this location! They were so understanding and helpful. They even let me exchange my battery for a new one. One of the Staff members had bought an additional essential for my battery, because the battery/brand I had purchased has "great ratings." (and it was just with my luck of the draw picking a broken battery.) I recommend going to this location. The Staff members were so sweet and kind. I will definitely be going back to this location and store from now on!
