Buyer beware! Customer service sucks. If you want something specific in your vape juice be prepared to read the fine print &/or ingredients list yourself. Cannot depend on staff to sale you what you ask for. Cannot count on this store to make right their mistake. I told the clerk repeatedly that I wanted "tobacco nicotine". I worded it several different ways to get the clerk to understand what I wanted & what I didn't want. "I don't want synthetic nicotine." "I don't want the bs nicotine." "I want real nicotine." "I want traditional nicotine." "I want tobacco nicotine." The clerk & I decided on a brand & flavor. After a few hours I realized I was hitting my new juice much more often than usual & I had a headache. That's when I got a magnifying glass to read the fine print on the bottle. Sure enough, it was "non-tobacco nicotine". By this point the vape shop was closed. The following morning I called & explained the problem. I asked for an exchange or refund. I was told there is nothing they can do because the bottle had been opened. They should have done what I had to do & throw it in the trash. In the clerks defense, the box label did at first appear to be tobacco nicotine. Read the fine print yourself. I will not do business here again.
