Quality product, and the customer service is excellent. Any issues were taken care of right away and every customer service representative I talked to was nice and very professional (I made three different calls and each representative was great and answered quickly). I placed an order for the Davinci IQ2 and some accessories, my order didn't ship out when it was supposed to & was tracking to take three days to get here even though I paid for two day shipping, so I called just to ask about it and see if there was anything they could do not really expecting much because things happen and getting an item a couple days late that's coming from across the country isn't the end of the world, but I was hoping to have the item in time for an event I had coming up. Not only were the representatives helpful, but they contacted FedEx for me and Upgraded my shipping, for free, to overnight so I would receive it on the original date intended and at an earlier time in the day(by 10:30am instead of by 4:00pm). Will buy from again just because of the customer service, I really thought I was going to be out of luck and not have it in time for my event.
