Several of the people who work there are not the least bit friendly. Saying hello, instead of may I help you would give the impression that they are at least happy to see a customer. They also have rather high prices. You can get stuff about half the price on-line. I like to support local business, but in this case I only go there if I'm out of something or need it quick.
