I had been a loyal customer for years. There cinnamon flavor is among the best I have had. There customer service is only good, if the sale is good. I had problems ordering on-line. I placed two orders and received the green ok screen. Both orders were canceled. So then I called and placed an order. I needed the order that week. They offered two day ground for $18 dollars. I asked about the canceled orders, but they didn't say why. Two days pass, I call to find out about my order. They then tell me, it will not arrive till next week. Ok. Problem. They then state that the two days were an estimate and UPS is running behind. Well, when I asked about getting the order this week, why did this not come up. Ok. Well, maybe they will give me a coupon, a discount on my next order, something. You know, I have been a loyal customer for years. I buy roughly $100 worth of product every 3- 6 weeks. Nothing. Nothing. I hate to leave this business. Again, that cinnamon flavor is great. But, what else am I left with. They could not offer the most basic of things, good service.
