As time goes on, and discontent continues to be a staple in our community, it's ever evolving and changing. Some employees have moved on, and new ones in their places. Still, discontent continues to maintain a level of customer service that surpasses so many other places. I was in the shop today, along with a couple other places I needed to go for various errands. Out of the places I went today, this was the only place that listened to my feedback. I felt like my needs were met, I truly felt like they cared about me and my purchase. I wish more places in town had employees who love their work so much that it spills over into their customer service. It's always a great experience when I go in, but this time was a welcome relief from the other places I visited today. It made my day .
