Damian and the crew always took the distance to help. Sadly, Damian is gone, and the experience was terrible, all due to new old guy. You lost a loyal customer of 5 years. I can get same products for half the price online. Its the service that builds loyalty for brick & mortar, and convenience. When you have someone who treats the customer as deaf and just keeps repeating themselves 4x's and blaming the customer. I just needed an O ring for the tank that I Purchased from them. NOPE.
