They suck. We went in and wanted a trinity alpha mod, they wanted $36 for a $20 vape at any other vape shop you go to. So we settled for something else after them promising it was coil based and not a pod. We get it out to the car and open it and sure enough it has a POD not a coil. We we go back in calmly and ask for a refund so we can take our money elsewhere and they refuse to refund it because "there was nothing wrong with it" there is nothing "Discount" about them, first off. Don't want your money. And they're the rudest sons of you know what I have ever met. They need to just shut down. Point blank. If they were the only vape store near me, I'd straight up quit vaping all together before I ever step foot into their shop again.
