Worst customer service. I was excited to try out this store from the great reviews I read on here. This was not the case. The guy behind the counter was rude and not knowledgeable at all. I'm by no means new to the world of smoking. I know what I like and don't like, I know which brands work and don't for me. Asked for recommendations and the guy only pointed out price points. Ummm I pay for good product and customer service. I try not to shop at retail stores and buy locally as much as I can. When I asked for any sales or coupons or anything the guy acted like I offended him. He said you wouldn't ask walmart that, like really sir??? I should've walked out but I did not. Waste of time, money and effort. Also the store is not pretty like the pics, inventory everywhere and not cleaned up. Fire that guy and hire better staff. Would not recommend or return.
