almost every time I go into dream, the lil boy with the ponytail over charges me. Last time I went in there he charged me $21 for an air bar and a pack of white owls. I've never been one to write a review but it happened multiple times. Maybe pay your staff more so they stop screwing over customers?? they might even stop selling to underaged kids! who knows!
