Been shopping here for about a year, always had great service from management and the employees. My last 3 visits, including today's, were sub par. The young woman who served me all three times was helpful and informative. The issue, however, is the attitude. The policy of the store changed on what products will be sold together. Instead of notifying me on this fact, the young woman responded with incredible condescension and disdain. When I reminded her that she's sold me the product combination in question on my previous visit, she said "I remember" and walked away without any explanation. This is the second time this employee had been rude to me. When I called the manager, Peggy, for clarification on the topic she also gave me attitude. I asked her if the decision made was store policy (totally fine) or the employees preference. She danced around the question, 3 times, while the rude employee was jabbering in the background. I had to press her for the answer that it was in fact store policy. Totally cool. Train your employees how to inform your customer base without being rude. If you want to shop with people that will condescend to you, please visit here. If not, there's plenty of shops in town that will be polite.
