Would not recommend ordering online from this place. I placed an order on Oct 29, 2021. Nov 1, 2021 around 4pm PDT, still no shipping confirmation for my order. Sent an email Nov 1, 2021 at about 4:30pm PDT. Finally received a shipping confirmation Nov 2, 2021, but no response to the email I sent. This company's website states "We are #1 in customer service," but where was the customer service I received? It's now Nov 4, 2021 and no tracking information has updated that my order has been officially shipped; only says the shipping label was created. By far the worst experience I have had in ordering a product online.
