The staff is great but the prices are inflated on pretty much every item in the shop from mods to liquid. It's mixed to order, which is fine, but should not be as expensive as it is by any means. I am particularly unhappy that they sold me a mod without telling me that they didn't carry the replacement glass for the tank. I learned that AFTER I broke my tank glass - and then learned that no one else carries the glass for this tank except Chinese eBay sellers. Not cool, people. Not cool. I now have a useless mod and can't get my money back. It's the closest shop to me but I drive elsewhere because it's with it to me.
