The employees in here are very helpful at answering questions, whether it be about what's on sale, helping you pick a new flavor based on what you say you like/have enjoyed in the past, and they have a really nice rewards program where you just give them your phone number every time you check out, and I think you get 10% of egads you bought applied to your account. You can use it on your next purchase, or save it, until you really it. So if save it up over time, it can really, really help you sometime when you're kinda broke, but need some. I'd recently changed my phone number, and I updated it with them, but didn't remember if I had or not, so I gave them my old number, and told them I needed to change it, but they brought it up with the old one, and said I already gave my new one, so while either will bring it up, I can just tell them by new one. I thought that was pretty swell. Their prices aren't as good as ordering off the internet, but you don't have to wait for shipping, and you get the satisfaction of shopping locally. They're no more expensive than any other local vape store, and from what I've seen, they don't have any predatory men saying creepy or racist things, so that's undoubtedly a step up from certain other places that have made me feel less than comfortable shopping there. These employees have always treated me with respect and dignity. They seem like very good people. I appreciate that.
