The staff of "woman" were ...let's say less than classy looking. They were rude and rushy with my husband and I when we had already been in once before. That was our last visit and will remain that way. The refund policies are questionable as they are non existence and the one time I encountered the owner, he was arrogant and rude as well...we felt as if they just wanted our sale and to get out versus watching to talk about the devices, etc. The shop next door ran by his wife was cute, she was pleasant.
