I've always had an awesome time here. I got my first vape here and I get all my coils here and juice, I had a bad coil and took it in and got a new one for free so I see no problem with not getting my money back when they do everything to make it right. When you make custom juices you run the risk of it not turning out good so if you don't want to take that risk then don't do it or just by a premade juice. I love this place and the rewards program is awesome to, keep up the good job guys love ya!!!
