Went here about a week ago for the first time. I purchased a $40 vape and was pleased with the purchase. After 2 days it stopped working. I returned to the shop and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me, and said I can only get store credit. I understand this is their policy, however due to the fact the item I was sold was defective I assumed they would make an exception. After speaking with the owner, it was made clear to me they won't be giving me any refund whatsoever unless it is in store credit. Additionally the owner was rude when I spoke with her trying to explain the situation. On top of the lackluster return policy, everything is marked up 50% - 100% over what it sells for regularly online. Don't waste your time or money here, I got ripped off $40 and won't be returning. There's much better vape shops in Palm Bay/Melbourne area.
