I'm sad to say for my first time, I didn't feel welcome. I felt like I was a case of come in, get what you need, and get out, with some hints of professionalism but not even trying. I felt I was rushed out. I wanted to look the different varieties of vapes, and flavors offered, but was hurried. So I asked for coils, which I didn't realize were more than I would pay online. The female clerk rang me up quick like. I asked about flavors, she simply asked what I liked. No recommendations, no chance for me to browse. I just bought a jar of juice, and left. I won't be coming back if that was how I was treated. Upon my entry, I was greeted by a growling dog as well. Shame too. This place is within walking distance of where I live
